What's changed

What's new, fixed and changed in each version of ComposerFlex, the newest first. Your version is in the About box.

1.0.3, 2026-10-21

New: Make video… can put a photo of yours behind the falling notes, with the notes and the keys in one color taken from it with a click (or drag over it to fine-tune), chosen, or the Colors' own.
New: A new preset, Calm Focus: soft, steady piano for study, work or long listening.
New: Make video… has Show a progress bar at the top, ticked at first: untick it for a video without the bar.
New: With a picture, Picture position chooses which part of it the video shows when it's a different shape from the video's space. Center puts it back.
Fixed: Open in File Explorer, once a video is saved, shows the video selected, even when File Explorer wasn't open.
Changed: A new group in the Preset list, Calm & Relaxing, holds Calm Focus, New Age Solo Piano, Soundscape and Lullaby. They sound as before.

New: Make video… in the Archive (or V) turns a song into a video to share. The choices, the progress and where it's saved are shown in ComposerFlex.
Fixed: Choosing Output, MIDI port or MIDI archive no longer shows "Unsaved changes", and the choice is kept at once.
Fixed: Songs show in the Archive as soon as they're saved, without Refresh.
Changed: PianoFlex Player 1.0.2 comes with it, and makes the videos when PianoFlex isn't open.
Changed: The license agreement is version 1.2: one sentence about PianoFlex Player's song videos.

Fixed: PianoFlex Player, which comes with ComposerFlex, no longer drops out at rest on sound devices that take more than 10 ms of sound at a time.
