What's new, fixed and changed in each version of PianoFlex, the newest first. Your version is in the About box.

1.0.4, 2026-10-21

New: Make video… can put a photo of yours behind the falling notes (Background: Choose picture…, a JPEG or PNG), shown as it is between the title and the keyboard.
New: With a picture, Note color sets the falling notes and the lit keys to one color: taken from the picture with a click (or drag over it to fine-tune), chosen in Windows' color box, or the Colors' own (From Colors).
New: With a picture, Picture position chooses which part of it the video shows when it's a different shape from the video's space. Center puts it back.
New: Make video… has Show a progress bar at the top, ticked at first: untick it for a video without the bar.
New: Open MIDI… opens in ComposerFlex's newest songs the first time, then where you last chose a MIDI file; ComposerFlex's song archive is in its side list, and its title says when it's showing ComposerFlex's songs.
New: Quiet Thoughts, in a new Calm & Relaxing group: a natural grand played gently in a warm room, for calm and relaxing music.
Fixed: Open in File Explorer, once a video is saved, shows the video selected, even when File Explorer wasn't open.
Changed: Opening a MIDI file no longer starts it playing: click Play (or press Space) when you want to hear it.

New: Make video… turns the open MIDI file into a video to share, with its notes falling onto a keyboard, on the piano you've set. Shift+W opens it.
New: Videos you choose: a title, a line under it, Dark, Warm or Light colors, tall for phones or wide for YouTube, and the "Made with" lines on or off.
New: Songs from ComposerFlex's Make video… are made here in the background when PianoFlex is open.
Changed: The license agreement is version 1.2: one sentence about PianoFlex Player's song videos.

Changed: PianoFlex installs for every user of the PC, and its plugin goes in the shared VST3 folder that every music program looks in.
Changed: A PianoFlex 1.0.0 or 1.0.1 installed for one user is uninstalled first; the setup says so. Presets, settings and your key stay.

Fixed: No more dropouts at rest on sound devices that take more than 10 ms of sound at a time.
